Ergonomics refers to an applied science of designing and arranging things people use so that the people and things interact most efficiently and safely. Workplace Ergonomics seeks to make the workplace and the people in it more efficient and safe. Every employer pays attention to work product, but a truly great one will study how the employees create it—and what can be done to increase efficiency while preventing injury.
